Non Domestic / Commercial EPCs

Commercial EPCs are required for construction properties for sale, let or when a new lease is being granted.

Currently the EPC rating must be an E or above, this is due to change with proposed guidelines commercial property will need to be EPC C by 2027 and EPC B by 2030
